AV Tip Sheet for Admins

Cords

1. Ensure the Micro OptiPlex is securely plugged into a surge protector.

2. Ensure the Surge protector is securely plugged into the outlet on the floor.

3. Ensure the ethernet cords are connected.

TVs

1. Power Cycle the TV using:
             
              (a) Buttons located either behind or below the TV.

              (b) Remote Control located next to the TV or iPad.

2. Change input to Zoom screen using buttons or remote control.


iPads

1. Ensure the device is powered on, plugged in, and connected to TMU-WiFi.

2. If iPad Displays the following message, it is disconnected from the Zoom Room:         



          (a) Exit the Zoom Rooms application. Enter the pin when prompted.

          (b) Using Settings, reconnect the iPad to TMU-WiFi.

          (c) Reopen the Zoom Rooms app.
