Who do I contact if my regularly
scheduled class session does not appear as
a scheduled Zoom meeting?
Contact the Software Engineering
team by email at softwaredevelopment@masters.edu
I hear no sound from the selected
input (Zoom, Laptop, Desktop,
etc.)
- Verify the device you are sending audio
from is unmuted.

- Verify the correct input is selected on
the Extron panel and the volume on the
master volume slider is turned up
- Toggle the A/V Mute on and off beneath the
master volume slider.

The projector screen is stuck
up/down, the TV/projector won't turn
on/off. What should I do?
Verify the Extron system is
turned off using the power button at the
bottom of the screen and tapping once
again to confirm.

Note: This will generally reset the room
systems to their default
state.
Wait a few seconds to allow all
connected systems to reset fully before
powering the Extron system on once again
and selecting the desired "Basic" or
"Advanced" operating mode when
prompted.
I am experiencing an audio feedback loop. How can I end the audio loop?
Within a Zoom Meeting, this audio loop occurs when the user is using a classroom microphone and has both the Zoom Room and the laptop/desktop unmuted.
To resolve this issue, the user must mute their microphone input in the Zoom Meeting on their laptop/desktop:

This issue can be completely avoided by clicking on the up arrow and clicking on Leave Computer Audio. This eliminates the possibility of any microphone input entering from the laptop/desktop into the Zoom Meeting.

How can I download Zoom recordings from a Recurring or Impromptu Meeting?
For recurring, scheduled classroom Zoom meetings, faculty can download and publish these recordings within the Canvas page for their corresponding course.
This can be done by:
1. Navigating to the course.
2. Navigating to the Zoom tab on the left-hand side.
3. Click on the Cloud Recordings tab to view all the cloud recordings for that class session.

For impromptu meetings, the host of the meeting can locate the recording within their Zoom desktop application.
This can be done by:
1. Opening the Zoom desktop application (Zoom Workplace)
2. Navigating to the Meetings tab
3. Navigating to the Recorded tab
