Can I schedule a meeting within a space in Zoom before reserving the space in the Planning Center?
No, the Planning Center takes reservation priority over scheduled Zoom meetings. Please coordinate with your department administrator to reserve the meeting space in the Planning Center before scheduling the meeting in Zoom.
The TV within the conference room is black or not showing the blue Zoom Room screen. How can I configure it correctly?
Most conference room TVs can be powered on and cycled through available inputs using the provided TV remote or the physical buttons on the TV.
What should I do if the Zoom Room iPad shows the following screen?
If the meeting room is one of the upper Rutherford rooms, please contact the Rutherford Administrative Assistant.
Otherwise, please contact IT. This screen indicates a network issue but requires a security code that only the Rutherford Admin Assistant and IT technicians have.
