Purpose: This document will walk you through how to setup mail rules for your Outlook inbox.
Adapted from Microsoft Documentation
1. Navigate to your Outlook email settings, indicated by the gear (
) icon.
2. In the settings menu, select Mail < Rules.

3. In the Rules menu, you will want to select “Add new rule” 
You will then see the following window: 
4. Provide a name for the rule you are creating. In this example, the Rule is titled Test Rule.
5. Specify what conditions need to be met for the rule to be triggered (e.g., Marked with Importance - High). You can also include additional conditions that need to be met for the action to be performed.

6. Set the action to be performed when the rule is triggered (e.g., Move To a specified folder). You can include additional actions that will be performed upon trigger. 
7. You may also include exceptions to the rule (e.g., if it is from a certain sender, do not run the rule)
