In case of urgent issues or technical emergencies during the event, please contact the IT support team immediately.

2. Notice Requirement
We request that you provide us with 24-48 hours’ notice before the event so that we may assist with the technical requirements. Failure to provide adequate notice may impact the availability of IT support.
3. Equipment Modifications Policy
Please note that IT equipment cannot be modified without prior approval from the IT team. Any alterations must be handled by IT professionals. If modifications are necessary, please contact the IT team for assistance.
4. TMU-Guest Wi-Fi Connectivity Window
TMU-Guest Wi-Fi is configured to provide connectivity for 4-hour periods. For campus-wide events that are open to the public, we can look into extending that period for the duration of the event. If you would like to request a longer duration for an event, please contact servicedesk@masters.edu, and we will review your request.

The IT department has created a dedicated Help Documentation page for basic troubleshooting. We encourage you to consult this page for quick resolutions to common problems that may arise during the event.
