You can use your PIN to manage your voicemail from your desk phone. You can also use your PIN to sign in to other desk phones as a guest.

  1. Go to https://masters.zoom.us/pbx/page/telephone/myZoomTelephony
    (or Zoom Web Portal -> Phone -> Settings)
  2. Scroll Down to the Desk Phone section
  3. Find PIN Code and click Show or Edit
  4. You can memorize the randomized PIN shown or change it to something you prefer (please do not use 1927 or your department codes)
  5. Click Save (if you changed it)
To check your voicemail, you can use the Voicemail button on your phone (Image Placeholder) or dial *86.
