Purpose: This document shows you how to setup personal Microsoft Bookings pages.

Prerequisite: Microsoft Bookings is accessible to staff and faculty members with specific Office licenses. Contact the Service Desk at servicedesk@masters.edu to confirm that you have access to Microsoft Bookings.



Personal Bookings Pages

Personal Bookings pages allows you to share your own availability with team members or customers. It can help you manage your personal appointments throughout your day.

To setup a personal bookings page:

1. Navigate to https://outlook.office.com/bookings/homepage and login with your TMU staff account.
2. Click on Create Meeting type

3. At the pop-up, fill out the following fields:
  • Title
  • Category - for colored organization
  • Description - this is visible when you send your Bookings page
  • Location - if toggled, appointments can generate a Teams meeting
  • Meeting type - Public meeting pages will appear on your account's bookings page; Private meeting pages can only be accessed through a link.
  • Schedule customization
  • Advanced Options - allows you to set buffer times, lead times (time required to book a meeting ahead of event), email reminders, and email follow-ups.
